Looking after other people’s children is a truly precious responsibility that is built on trust, care and the understanding that a parent is placing what matters most to them in your hands. 

I am the Founder and have been the Manager for 35 years of Lanterns Arts and Educational Nursery for children aged 0-5 years and my team and I understand that caring for your child is a privilege and a responsibility we take very seriously. 

Each child is unique and spends many hours of a day with us part time and full time and it is our responsibility to ensure children’s needs are met in every way. Lanterns offer lots of space, which is very important to me as the Founder, as it allows the team to offer a stimulating environment where each child is valued, supported and encouraged to grow and develop their own little personalities. 

Communication skills, confidence, creativity and a love of learning is very important to me and I especially like families to be completely involved, offer their ideas, have access to the nursery at all times, enjoy our events & Out and About calendar with their child and give parents peace of mind that their children are receiving the highest standard of care.
